Good Citizen Dog Scheme

The Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme took place at Gt Easton 
on Tuesday 26th June. Sixteen dogs passed the Bronze test.
Bramble, Ches, Amber, Harold, Rui, Harry, Gypsey, Lister, Sweep,
Oscar, Roger, Angel, Samson, Josh, Copper and Brodie.

Well done all the dogs and their handlers.

Thanks to Pat for organising a great day at Crufts we all 
had a great time and look forward to next year.

DOG TREAT RECIPE FOR LIVER CAKE

This recipe is perfect to reward your dog with liver cake tit-bits when training 
INGREDIENTS
8oz Liver, Pigs preference 
8oz Flour, Self-Raising 
2 Eggs
The cloves from one whole head of garlic
Milk to dropping consistency
METHOD
Put the liver eggs and garlic into a blender and liquidise until smooth
Its a good idea to liquidise the liver first then add the eggs then garlic
Gradually add the flour and milk until you have a sponge like consistency
Put mixture into greased flat baking tray (better to have two thin ones than
one thick one) place into preheated oven 150 to 180 degrees C. 
Cook until no liquid remains when tested with a fork (about 30 to 60 minutes)
Cool it off before cutting into small cubes, bagging it up and freezing
